New U.S. Department of Interior Grants for Freely Associated States

May 19, 2026, Federated States of Micronesia___The U.S. Department of the Interior’s Office of Insular Affairs (OIA) has announced multiple discretionary funding grants open to the Freely Associated States with a deadline of June 8, 2026.

According to U.S. Embassy Kolonia, these cover, “the FY2026 Technical Assistance Program (TAP), Maintenance Assistance Program (MAP), and Coral Reef Initiative and Natural Resources (CRNR),” activities.
